the year is 2030.
following the defeat of lord voldemort back in 1997, the world found itself in a period of peace that it had never experienced before. crime rates dropped to an all-time low, and people found that they no longer felt the need to stick their noses out their front doors for a moment in search of danger before they stepped outside. terror became a thing of the past, and everyone moved on to pursue the lives they had put on hold in the midst of the war.
harry and his friends also moved on, completing their educations and settling down to begin families of their own as they each found love in someone new and unexpected. but now, the time has come for the next generation to become involved in the magic and mayhem that is their lives, and where best to do it, but at phoenix academy? located in ireland, phoenix academy is a university designed to better allow students a chance to go for their dreams, in whatever area they choose. in respect for hogwarts, the old houses were kept, and the students are ready to begin their second round of schooling.
