Huntington Pier

The Huntington Beach Pier stretches 1,853 feet into the Pacific Ocean and includes Tower Zero, the state-of-the-art lifeguard tower where the world's best conditioned and trained lifeguards watch over Huntington City Beach to keep it safe. Stop by Tower Zero, midway down the pier to find water temperatures, wave conditions and any other information posted on a regular basis for guests. Shopping on the pier includes Kite Connection, Surf City Store and Let's Go Fishin', a bait and tackle shop where you can rent rods and reels for free pier fishing. (All piers in California permit fishing for free.) The pier includes sink basins for cleaning your catch. Dining at Ruby's Surf City Diner, a 40's & 50's style red and white restaurant with two story dining and forever views features shakes, hamburgers, French fries, onion rings, salads, sandwiches and all the great foods guests enjoy at reasonable prices. Also try the fresh fish, salads, dinners and sandwiches at Duke's Huntington Beach.
